Klipper provides the following commands for the Altium Designer PCB editor:

• Place logos (in .BMP format) into you PCB as a component using either a Region or Fills
• Copy Selected PCB objects to the Windows clipboard
• Create an EMF file from Selected objects (needed for the Altium Designer PCB Wizard)
• Paste from the Windows Clipboard into the PCB
• Copy objects between the PCB Editor and the PCB Library Editor
