Support Policy
When you purchase a Desktop EDA software product support is included for the life of the current version of the purchased product (unless stated otherwise).
Support includes the following:
- Access to bug fixes
- Access to minor enhancements
- Email support
- Updates for new versions of the “Parent” product provided the Desktop EDA product does not require any re-development.
When Desktop EDA releases a new version of any product, upgrades are made available. The price is determined by the level of enhancements in the new product.
Any customer who purchased the product in the 3 months prior to the new product release date is entitled to an upgrade at no charge. |
