Support Policy
When you purchase a Desktop EDA software product, 12 months of product support is included in the purchase price (unless stated otherwise).
Support includes the following:
- Access to bug fixes
- Access to new features
- Email support
- Updates for new versions or service packs of the “Parent” product
- Updates for new versions or service packs of Windows
After the 12 months support period has elapsed, you can purchase support for the next 12 months. |
