Support Policy

When you purchase a Desktop EDA software product, 12 months of product support is included in the purchase price (unless stated otherwise).

Support includes the following:

  • Access to bug fixes
  • Access to new features
  • Email support
  • Updates for new versions or service packs of the “Parent” product
  • Updates for new versions or service packs of Windows

After the 12 months support period has elapsed, you can purchase support for the next 12 months.
